Allows a restaurant to permit a patron to bring in sealed containers of beer or wine for consumption with a meal, regardless of whether the restaurant has an alcoholic beverage retailer's permit (retailer's permit). Allows the restaurant proprietor to establish policies regarding beer or wine brought into the restaurant. Provides that if the restaurant does not have a retailer's permit, beer or wine must be opened and served by the proprietor or an employee who: (1) is at least 21 years of age; (2) has completed alcohol server training; and (3) verifies that the persons consuming the alcoholic beverages are at least 21 years of age. Provides that a patron may remove only one unsealed bottle of the patron's wine from the restaurant.
