Provides that the department of workforce development may establish a reemployment skills training pilot program (pilot program) to supplement an individual's receipt of weekly unemployment benefits. If a pilot program is established, would establish a reemployment skills training pilot program fund for the purpose of funding the program. Specifies program requirements for participants and eligible providers.
